Short stop here to add an extra layer now the sun sets. Incredible what one thermo layer and a tracksuit can do. The ski gloves are great, feet getting a little cold despite thermo socks. |

Slight headwind on the way back, but very comfortable and warm except freezing feet... need to fix that for more sub zero rides.
The key is to have just enough layers to keep warm, and pace to avoid sweating. You can't stop without cooling down very quickly. Need to bring extra coat for emergencies, or dinner ;) |
