Old road ends, I continue. This is a strange place with that wall on the left, reminded me of those fences around cities in sci-fi movies.
It was some kind of very long cage to prevent someone going in, or something getting out...?
This poor little fellow definitely came too close to something.
Old road is back. There is a tunnel nearby making a continuous loud roaring noise. Creepy.
Old road abruptly ends and makes place for confusing roadstructures.

Continued over the Botlek bridge. Great speedy curves down on the other side. No more foto's because memory full, and can't see what to keep on tiny thumbnails. Bother. Shame because at the end of the harbour was an orange freighter slowly getting on it's way in the sunset.
Turning back a huge swarm of birds started flying in formation at enormous speeds, very close, making a fascinating spectacle. I watched for a long time. So much beauty in industrial area's.
